Women’s Circles
Come to the Women's Circle where you will be welcomed and included, no matter where you’re at in your life or how you feel on the day. Join with other women and experience the value of Sisterhood, the joy of connection, the beauty and creativity of the Sacred Feminine. In circle we hold a safe, sacred and nurturing space of confidentiality and mutual respect.
If you've never experienced a women's circle, or if you're feeling the need to return to a supportive women's space, you are welcome. No prior circle experience is necessary.
Changing Woman Circle
Anne-Marie will facilitate a series of 4 circles especially for women who are traversing the mighty terrain of Menopause or experiencing other major life changes or transitions. The circles will provide a safe space for sharing the issues, challenges and questions that arise for individuals, at the same time as building a circle of healthy group support. Together we will explore the physical, social, emotional and spiritual impacts of Change in women's lives, focussing on the needs and experiences of the women present. Each circle will include time for personal reflection, creative expression and group sharing. The circle will be limited to 8 women.
At the end of the series, if there is a desire to gather in an ongoing monthly circle this will be discussed.

ElderWoman Circle
This monthly Circle is for women aged 60+ and provides a safe, nurturing space for sharing our experiences within a supportive group. Together, we will explore the physical, social, emotional and spiritual aspects of becoming, embracing and being the Wise Woman, the ElderWoman, the Crone. Each month will include time for personal reflection, creative expression, simple rituals, and group sharing. The circle will be limited to 8 participants.
