Grief and Gratitude Circle
In this monthly circle we create a sacred space in which to honour our blessings and give voice to our grief.
The support of this regular circle helps us through times of challenge, change, loss and transition. We use the safety of the confidential space to tell our stories, express our emotions, share valuable insights and give thanks for all that we have.

As we share our stories, we bear witness to ourselves and each other. We sense and see that we are not alone. We show that we care and we accept support. This is a radical act of rebellion in a harsh culture that too often expects us to toughen up or hold tight or stay quiet or get over it. In this circle, we practice strong boundaries to maintain a safe container whilst at the same time holding each other gently so that our vulnerabilities are respected, honoured and supported.
We also create a space for balance. We share our joys as well as our sorrows. We give thanks for the good times and the challenging times. We honour the full scope of our humanity in creative ways. We drink tea and eat cake and connect in the ordinariness of being human together.
